ACTUAL Neighborhood Sales History

Your neighbor's house was listed for $200,000 and sold.  But did you know they only sold it for $180,000?  I can provide that information.  And remember, websites cannot.  Texas is a non-disclosure State, meaning that websites like Zillow and Trulia do not have complete or accurate sales history information.  I can give you that.  

Public Property Information

A review of your taxes, property history and other public information that may be relevant to pricing or preparing your home for the market. Even if you are not interested in selling, a home valuation can be a tool to help you contest your property taxes if they are too high.
