Like my previous post about the Taiwan Dragon, Big Hoss is also a local favorite for Army Hail and Farewells.
While known for its classic Texas BBQ, it has also won local awards as the best German food restaurant. This year, they won the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Award.
The proprietor, Walter, is an ubiquitous and genial presence at the restaurant. And they also do catering!
