Skipcha Mountain Estates

Skipcha Mountain Estates is a popular and huge subdivision on the west side of Harker Heights bordering Killeen.  It is close to Highway 190, Harker Heights shopping, and Harker Heights High School.  It is the largest subdivision in the Fort Hood area, built over a 20 year span from the early 90s to late 2000s, and consequently has a wide variety of homes and features. The neighborhood surrounds two Elementaries and a middle school. Many of the homes were built by Centex and feature larger floor plans between 1400 to over 4000 sq. ft.  It is a great neighborhood with lots of options, ideal for anyone looking for affordable space in Harker Heights..
