Crossland Estates is one of the newest subdivisions on Killeen’s north side, featuring homes built in the mid-2000s. It is a small neighborhood but with big homes, many two stories over 3000 sq. ft. at competitive prices. Foreclosures have racked the neighborhood since the builders left, dropping home values. It is a neighborhood worth checking out if you are looking for a LOT of affordable square footage and BIG lots (many are half an acre).
