Features of Move-Up Homes
Move-up homes feature larger spaces for growing families, often starting with at least four bedrooms. Unlike starter homes, you are more likely to find the upgrades like tile surrounds, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, less carpet, four side masonry, and more effort into the landscaping and curb appeal.
